Marketing Talent
From a young age, I’ve always had a sense of motivation and passion driving me forward. Whether it’s exploring unique opportunities, learning additional skills, or meeting new people, I bring these values to every experience throughout my life on a personal and professional level. To learn more about me, keep exploring or reach out directly.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, the Midwest values of hard work, optimism, and desire to do 'the right thing' are at my core. And after spending nearly half my life in Dallas - raising a family and creating roots in my community - the drive and energy of Dallas fuels my quest to do more with what I have.
My main passion is doing good. Whether walking my two Labradors or executing a massive event, there are no shortcuts to doing things your very best. Hard work, creativity, and attention to detail are just a few of the talents that bring about something done extraordinarily well.
I also believe that what we bring to the table with our work is not just built on where we worked and what we produced, but also what we do and give outside of 'the office'. This is where the hues of our life's colors emerge. I like to think mine are pretty vivid and joyful.

Lifelong marketing talent working to make the world better
I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles for different companies throughout the years; working with companies that excel in their field and intermittently for organizations that work to fill the gap in social inequality. And during some very special times, worked with organizations that have done both. I’ve produced many impactful and successful programs in branding, events, client engagement, and promotion in both the corporate world and as a volunteer.
Some of my favorite highlights of my career include working at a large consulting firm and helping create great success with Executive Roundtables. These events put our expertise in front of executives, giving them content and tangible ideas to take back to their organization. Another was the opportunity to create and grow Marketing programs for both internal and external audiences. This included enhancing client relationships and highlighting the great company culture. Another was realigning the company brand with the company's personality. We took the look of the marketing materials from dark and dreary to one more reflective of their vibrancy and youth.
Several times in my career, I've taken a step back from the corporate world and focused on doing good better - working to make an impact and changes to the structures that inhibit fairness and equity for all in our community. I'm grateful for the amazing people I worked with; people who are not just influential, but powerful in the impact they make on our city.
As well, I’ve worked with several start-ups that radiate entrepreneurial spirit. Most have at the core a mission to make changes and make our world better. And I am proud to have been a part of their success that has grown to a national scale. Most especially of a software firm that started as a mission to help tutor community college students that might be in jeopardy of failing. Today, they keep their vision of knowing that for every student that graduates from college, their entire family's lives have been changed for the better.
I'm delighted to have worked with a number of different companies in many different fields. It gives me the opportunity to bring experiences from each to enhance the mission of many. Companies I have worked for or with:
American Century Investors (formerly Twentieth Century Investors), CSC Logic, CSC Consulting, Hickerson Phelps Kirkley agency, KBEQ radio station, NCAA Foundation, Sendero, Social Venture Partners Dallas, Taylor's Gift Foundation, Teknekron Infoswitch (now e-talk corporation) ZogoTech, as well as a large fitness/lesson facility, medical equipment reseller, and an elite travel organization.
